SOLVENT DISTILLERS
Our distillers transform a hazardous waste material into a resource which is easy to re-use in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Not only are they costly, but industrial washing solvents are proving to be ever more problematic for the environment and the health of users. Our distillers allow you to recover almost all your exhausted solvents, thus drastically cutting your consumable costs and the expense of disposal.
DISTIL EXHAUSTED SOLVENTS INSTEAD OF DISPOSING OF THEM
- Low cost and immediately reduces running costs
- Easy to use, thanks to automated cycle control
- Safe for the user, compliant with all applicable regulations
- Eco-friendly: recycling is the key
GENERAL OPERATION
Distillation purifies individual substances or separates out complex mixtures by exploiting the different boiling points of their various components. The change of state from liquid to gas is a purely physical phenomenon, which does not alter the chemical characteristics of the product. The pure solvent fraction is thus separated from the contaminants, which remain in the distiller and can be easily disposed of.

AN AUTOMATED WASHING SYSTEM
- Safe for washing equipment operators
- Saves time which you can invest in more higher level activities
- Produces excellent results faster than before
- Inexpensive, with low running costs
General operation
Once the pieces have been loaded in the machine, the washing fluid in the internal tank is pumped into circulation and sprayed at high pressure through numerous nozzles. The liquid forcefully strikes the surfaces to be cleaned, exerting a mechanical action which, together with the chemical action of the product, removes the dirt and regenerates the contaminated pieces or components. At the end of the cycle, the cleaned pieces are ready for extraction and the exhausted washing fluid is collected again and can be sent to a special treatment system for reuse, thereby minimising the operational costs of the system.
XTR
The strength of reliability
Designed for heavy use and built to last, the machines are silent, with low emissions and attention paid to the smallest details. For simplicity of installation, ergonomics and loading capacity, they are the best choice to complete a cleaning department.
The innovative oscillating movement system is installed entirely outside of the washing area: this ensures reduced maintenance and a chamber free from mechanical obstructions, for maximum effectiveness.

THE BENEFITS OF THE DW – TW SERIES
|
Benefit |
Description |
|
Workplace safety |
Manual container cleaning exposes workers to hazardous chemicals and requires stressful, non-ergonomic movements. IST systems allow operators to work safely and ergonomically, improving both cleaning quality and working conditions. |
|
Environmental sustainability |
IST systems reduce the consumption of water and hazardous chemicals, such as solvents, without compromising cleaning quality or contaminating the final product. Their modular design allows machines to be adapted to changing requirements, avoiding replacement and providing both environmental and financial savings. |
|
Optimization of operator time |
Manual cleaning typically occupies an operator for 10–60 minutes per container, including transport, washing and handling of fluids and tools. An automatic system requires approximately two minutes of operator involvement for loading, startup, unloading and auxiliary tasks. The operator does not need to supervise the average 2–5-minute washing cycle, reducing labor time by approximately 80%. |
|
Increased daily capacity |
During an eight-hour shift, an operator can manually clean approximately 12–15 containers. A single operator managing an IST machine can process at least 50–60 containers per day. |
|
Reduced wash-waste disposal costs |
Manual cleaning consumes approximately 100–150 litres of water and 5–10 litres of solvent per container. An IST system with fluid recirculation reduces consumption to 15–20 litres of water and 1–3 litres of solvent, cutting waste volumes and disposal costs by approximately 70–90%. |
|
Reduced washing-fluid costs |
Reducing water or solvent consumption by 70–90% produces a corresponding reduction in washing |
LCA
The ultimate solution for flexography: fast, effective and automatic
Cleaning flexo printing plates at the end of a job is a common practice among printers the world over. This operation is often performed manually, using harsh solvents that dissolve ink but, over time, deteriorate the elastomer from which the precious plates are made. To avoid the risk of damaging the fine points, manual brushing cannot apply constant pressure, with the result that it does not clean shades deeply.
The machines in this series use non-aggressive liquids and various brushes that ensure gentle but effective cleaning at a much higher speed than other systems. With a width from 450 mm to 1,200 mm, this series is capable of washing printing plates in any and all formats currently used.
EASY WASH
Ease of use, safety and low running costs
Easy Wash units are part washing tanks, ideal for manually cleaning small parts: from the most fragile components to the most complicated mechanical assemblies. They are made in stainless steel throughout and feature fully pneumatic operation.
Washing is initiated by the operator with a foot pedal. The washing fluid is delivered by a brush with synthetic bristles. The wash chamber is closed at the top with a glass panel and the operation is done with sealed gloves, in total safety for the operator.
BW BIN WASHERS
To turn waste into a resource
The ideal solution for reducing costs for the disposal and replacement of many types of containers, converting special waste that is difficult to dispose of (particularly when contaminated by hazardous substances) into simple stock that can be reused when needed.
Once the container has been loaded and the cover closed, the cycle is initiated by a timer; throughout the wash cycle, a rotary head, powered by a dual membrane pneumatic pump, cleans the interior of the container, and recirculates the solvent into a storage tank.
SW – SSW
Unbeatable versatility for cleaning screen printing frames
Screen printing frames are very delicate and costly: a dirty or damaged frame leads to poor printing results. No screen-printing shop that values the quality of its products should be without a machine from this series.
Thanks to their vertically positioned cylindrical frames, they can be loaded and unloaded completely safely, with no risk to the operator or the delicate frames themselves. This type of washing unit, made entirely in stainless steel, features completely pneumatic operation. The pump, which is operated from the control panel, recycles the wash solvent from the service tank to the nozzles located inside and outside the frames. It is also possible to dedicate an area to washing small parts.
ULTRASONIC WASHING SOLUTIONS
If spray washing is not sufficiently effective or regulations prevent its use, ultrasound washing is the only alternative – as well as being less costly and more eco-friendly. This approach offers deep, high- quality cleaning, with no need for the operator to come into contact with hazardous substances; it also ensures that a single washing pass is sufficient to remove all contaminants from all surfaces – even the tiniest cavities. Ultrasound washing reduces the risk of imperfectly clean parts and reduces labour costs since no labour-intensive manual finishing is required. Materials which can be cleaned by ultrasound include metal, glass, ceramic and many others.
THE HIGH QUALITY OF ULTRASOUND WASHING
- Guarantees a high quality, deep wash
- Ideal for articulated components and complex parts
- Acts effectively without the use of solvents
- Very low running costs, maintenance free
General operation
Ultrasound cleaning uses high frequency sound to remove contaminants from a surface immersed in water: dirt, oil, grease, ink, paint, glue, detaching agents… It is powerful enough to remove the most tenacious contaminants, but delicate enough not to damage the underlying surface; it penetrates into the smallest cracks and between closely joined parts.
Ultrasonic cleaning is particularly effective because it acts at a molecular level. The transducers transfer the ultrasonic power created by the generator to the liquid via a vibrating diaphragm. The strong alternating pressure created in the liquid forms microscopic bubbles that implode and disintegrate the dirt.
VU
Next level cleaning
Deep cleaning for more complicated geometries and high power delivery to large volumes (up to 2 m3) are the strengths of this series, with its ability to deep clean large amount of parts of any type. They feature 2 to 5 high performance generators which operate synchronously to maximise efficiency; and independent control units, for more personalised control.
LA NW – LP
Ultrasonic cleaning for all
These sturdy and affordable machines and are modular units which, with their enormous versatility and wide range of accessories, can be configured for innumerable industrial applications.
The LA NW series, dedicated to washing anilox rolls for label printing, cleans from 2 to 6 rolls at a time, depending on their size. The LP series, instead, is designed for washing various pieces and components.
Â
LRC – LRC4
The difference between washing and cleaning
To formulate the correct tone of ink, one must know the actual condition of the anilox rolls throughout their service life; cleaning them properly is critical to efficient ink transfer, coverage, density and conformity of the colour, and the resulting print quality in general.
The machines in this series regenerate the anilox rolls, restoring colour to your prints and reducing your ink consumption. Various sizes (up to 3,900 mm available clearance) and the capacity to wash 1 or 4 rollers at a time make this series one of the most highly appreciated by professional printers.
Applications & Grades
