XG

High-Performance CI Flexo Printing Press
Outstanding printing quality at a high performance level
Systematic automation
Variety with up to 10 printing units and long print lengths
Modular configuration for all applications
Top Productivity and Quality, Even with Large Printing Lengths
The mission for the XG was simple: to develop a highly automated flexographic printing press for film, paper and cardboard with production speeds up to 600 m/min, with top performance in terms of quality and productivity.
As a result, smooth running at maximum speed guarantees very stable register behavior. The XG can be configured with 8 or 10 printing units, as well as in the XG LR version, with a print length up to 1,250 mm.
Additional individual printing units or laminating extend the machine’s performance spectrum.
